Wedding planning is a full-time job, and we understand modern couples are often extremely busy, which is why we’re happy to offer full-service wedding planning and design services. With our full-service planning and design offering, ACH Events becomes your expert partner in the planning process—we guide and advise you every step of the way. As always, we start by getting to know you as couple—learning all about your love story, aesthetic preferences and wedding-day dreams. From there, we’ll coordinate scheduling, conceptualize a personalized event design, manage logistics and answer any questions you may have along the way.
Is there anything better than a breathtaking, custom-designed, intimate destination wedding? We happen to think not. Our team specializes in the Texas Hill Country, Austin, Colorado, Hawaii and Mexico destination weddings (though we’re available to travel to any locale of your choice). Through years of experience and coveted industry connections, we source the best vendors in the most stunning locations—ensuring your destination wedding is anything but cookie-cutter. If you’re looking for a custom-crafted wedding that will wow your guests from the moment they step off the plane, we’re you’re go-go gurus. We’ll also plan, design and execute rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, spa days, farewell brunches and more.
Sometimes bride's have event planning experience, or know exactly what they need to make the wedding happen and just need help tying all of the loose ends together. Wedding Management Consultation Meeting
Are you just starting the planning process and want a recipe for a beautiful and successful wedding? Are you getting down to the end of the planning process and just want to make sure you have thought of all of the little details? You are more than welcome to contact us for a wedding consultation meeting!
This meeting is a 3-hour meeting designed to help make sure you have everything taken care of before your wedding day. Starting at $500.

Venues Outside surrounding Austin area (travel fee; the farther away, the more it will cost)
Additional Assistants needed (if venue is considered a site from scratch; if venue does not provide event staff; if Ceremony and Reception are in separate locations)
